How We Got Here
We love working out – in big gyms with large crowds, small gyms with personal trainers, and home gyms by ourselves. In a perfect world, each of these options would offer the same uncompromised workout quality, but for years we wound up making do with some notable differences.
While private gym weightlifting racks aspire to offer a lot of potential exercises in a small footprint, traditional rack gear and accessories often came with compromises:

We drew up the initial RVL Wing concept to address these challenges and hired the best engineers to bring the complete RVL Strength System to life. Over three years, we brought in weightlifters, personal trainers, first responders, and active military to contribute ideas and battle test prototypes. Extensive R&D resulted in the RVL Wings we’re launching as we speak.
