Return policy

We stand behind every piece of equipment we build and ship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • All items must be unused and in original, resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, hardware, and documentation must be included.
  • This policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Shipping costs: Because of the size and weight of our fitness and weightlifting products, we do not offer refunds on any original shipping or delivery charges. The customer is responsible for all return freight costs.
Restocking fees: If a returned item arrives in damaged condition, with missing parts, or shows signs of use or abuse, RVL Strength reserves the right to refuse a refund or assess a restocking fee, at RVL Strength's sole discretion. Clean returns in original condition are not subject to a restocking fee.

How to start a return

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Step 1 — Submit a return request

Contact our team at support@rvlstrength.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 — Receive your return authorization (RA)

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization number along with return shipping instructions. If applicable, any restocking fee assessment will be communicated at this stage.

Step 3 — Ship the item

Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, write the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship it freight prepaid to the address provided. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. RVL Strength is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Step 4 — Refund issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for your refund to be processed. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment only. RVL Strength is not liable for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.

Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Custom / made-to-order equipment, Closeout & clearance items, Items marked Final Sale, Gift cards, Opened consumables, Items without original packaging

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will make it right at no cost to you.


Freight & oversized equipment

Many of our products — including racks, platforms, and weightlifting equipment — ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight.

  • Inspect all items thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage with the driver at the time of delivery.
  • Photograph any damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • RVL Strength is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery due to weather, an incorrect address provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Return freight for oversized and freight-shipped items is the customer's responsibility and will be quoted at the time of return authorization.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering Processing status.

  • Once an order moves into Processing, it cannot be canceled.
  • Entire orders must be canceled — we are unable to cancel individual line items.
  • If you still want specific items from a canceled order, you will need to place a new order.
  • To request a cancellation, email support@rvlstrength.com with your order number as soon as possible.
If your cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. If your order has already entered Processing and left our facility, you may return the item following our return policy above once it has been delivered.
